HI ALL

was wondering if any one who had been married to a thia lass either in LOS or in uk had ever had a prnup drawn up in uk or in the LOS.

With her 3 years already ... too late for a pre nup mate!

 

In Australia they just recently changed the laws. Pre nups even done right by a solicitor are basically useless.

Even your mistress (who you never stayed overnight with) can go after your cash as if she was a wife!

I don't think prenups in England have any value. It's more of an American thing. Just don't get married.
