Office space wanted in Pattaya

I am looking for a room or a place to keep an office for a number of days each month in Pattaya. Ideal location would be on Third Road but other places will do if conveniently or centrally located. I am not looking for any fancy place and nothing expensive, I know there is a lot of superb business offices for rent but that is not what I am looking for. Street level location would be best. I am carrying out a project where I need to interview people, so it must be reasonably quiet in the daytime and not too difficult to find. If you have something you could rent for this purpose send me a PM.
