My friend has asked me to offer his share of the bar in Naklua on P/A.

1st he wants the money to invest in my business (He already is a partner) to R&D some new technology we have developed.

The double bar is well established with tourists and expats alike and has a regular healthy monthly profit.

He is asking 3.5m baht.
