Am interested in purchasing a building in South Pattaya in a high traffic location. Will be used for a niche retail service.....high foot traffic and "bike" traffic important. Will need to be in a Company or be able to be acquired through one. Prefer at least a "double shophouse" with living quarters.

 

Just interested in a very high traffic location. Could have been a past beer bar etc. Soi "Bukaow" would fall under high traffic location. Email is: [email protected]
