I will be visiting Pattaya the first half of August. I noticed August 12th is the Queen's Birthday (celebrated as Mother's Day). Will everything be the "same" in Pattaya on this day or what is to be expected over the holiday?

Lots of places will shut for the day.

 

I was in Phuket last time for mothers day (Queens birthday) and all the bars were closed.

 

Lots of free lancers around still :Cross_Fingers:
