tourist visa -do I need to organise in advance?

Gentlemen-apologies in advance if this has been asked before or seems like an obvious question

I stayed in Thailand from 7 December 2009 to Jan 4th 2010 then March 3rd 2010 to March 27th 2010 I arrived in Thailand again April 5th 2010 and shall be leaving on April 26th 2010.I wish to come to Thailand again on May 5th staying until May 31st 2010-would my assumption that my passport will be stamped allowing me to stay for 30 days on arrival on May 5th be correct?

If you are arriving at an international airport there is no limit of entries on the visa-free entry scheme. They will give you another 30 days when you arrive again.

if you have done it before then you should be ok

 

a lot of countries get a 30 day visa exemption

Thanks to you both for the answers that's great to have a definitive answer. I was confused with hearing about the so many days in 6 months rule I was getting nowhere asking the Thai embassy in SW7 and getting very vague answers from other sources I'm from UK and I'll be arriving at the Bangkok airport that begins with S that I cannot pronounce let alone spell!
