OP, if you are referring to the island of Langkawi, it is in Malaysia not Thailand.

  • 1 month later...

I was there with the wife 2 xmas's ago - basically it is a beautiful island with great people,

its got some great fresh fish restaurants,

i was staying in stlyle at the Westin Langkawi which was brilliant

i took a trip to the main beach strip and loved it, and went partying at a place called Sunbar (or something like that) there were a few freelancers but m=not much action...

I managed to get a blowjob in the toilet there, that was fun, basically off a drunk BG!!!

there were a good few ladyboys hanging around playing pool too...

the nightscene is centred around 2 or 3 places...

i would go for a week (but take some company!!!)

its nothing like pattaya or Phuket for girls, but they can still be found!!!

my wife could not find any company here though so not so good for swinging either...

i will post a few pics...

cheers...

you don't stop partying because you grow old,

you grow old because you stop partying

From BKK there are a couple of ways to get there since Air Asia stopped flying from BKK.

Bus, train or flight to Had Yai and then take a van to Satun and go over by ferry from Thammalung Pier or take the Tigerline ferry from Koh Lanta or any of the stops on the way down (double up with a few days on Koh Lipe) is a good option. As another poster mentioned, it's best to take your own company.

The insurgency referred to by another poster is confined to Malay separatists on the eastern side of the peninsula - the muslims in Satun are a totally different kettle of fish.

A quick and relatively cheap way to get to Langkawi is to take Airasia from BKK to Penang (malaysia), and then take firefly airlines to Langkawi. Or even better, stay in Penang a few days, a lot of culture and history and IMO the BEST food in all of SEA and then either take Firefly (25 min flight) or the Ferry (about 3 hours).

Also 1 week max in Langkawi, 3-4 days is ideal.

Check out http://www.langkawicoral.com/, its a great day trip from either langkawi or penang.

Also very limited p4p in langkawi... remember you are in a muslim country.

I am a very very hansum man, just ask any of the BG's I have BFed!!!
