15000 for unfurnished house on the dark side seems slightly too expensive.

 

There are hundreds of houses on the dark side, fully furnished for 12K-14K, 15K-18K on the dark side gets you not only furnished but with pool as well.

 

So for this money-this must be a stunning house

I'm also have houses around 6000 baht in Soi Kaw-ta-lo.

Akemungkol 2/1 for rent..... Cheap as a chip.

There is one beside me that is available for rent at 7k... Its a thai style and nothing to special... BTW.. 2 bedroom and thai style kitchen.... Nong Palai area

Where is Soi Kaw-ta-lo? Anybody have a link to a map?

 

From South Pattaya road, turn right onto Sukhumvit. Khaotalo is about 400M on the left.

Ok Jackie,

 

Might be interested in renting house as arr in Patts nxt month and i know where Khao Talo is.

 

Lookin at 6 x mths minimum rental for furnished house/condo up to 10k per/mth with inet access/cable tv/dvd etc...

 

 

Either that or condo in Jomtien which is best value for space/location etc...
