hairdresser wanted

I am looking for a hairdresser that needs work. I recently took on a hair/beauty salon and the girl that came with it and I have fallen out. I tried to help her as much as I could and thought we could make things work, wrong! Apart from her not turning up on time every day, ( I realise Thai time is Thai time, and I can get on with that), she never liked to cut for farang, was always trying to turn them away with excuses like have to wait 1 hr mister, I just eat my food you wait mister. One long stay farang even told me that she has cut (drawn blood) from him on three occassions because she likes to go out and does not get in until 7 or 8 and suffers with the shakes. The last straw came at the start of this week, I got my Thai gf to ask her what day off this week she wanted as she was due another day off this month. She told my gf that she did not want another day off but would like an advance on her salary to send home for baby, yeah likely I said. So ok I gave her 2/3rds of her salary and said to my gf now watch what happens.

 

Sure enough, I saw her later that night, about 10.00pm dolled up and heading out. Next day I'm sitting in the salon, midday, no hairdresser, a falang staying close by comes in for a haircut, (the same guy she turned away the day before with wait 1hr mister). I said to him she will be here in 10 mins, go and have a beer and I will come and get you. I got on the phone, woke her up and asked where she was, she said "sorry bost I not wake up I take day off today". Well I hit the roof, got the gf on the phone to her and they agreed she would be in by 1.00pm and could take another day off later in the week, she never showed.

 

So now I am looking for a new lady to work the shop, if any BM knows of one looking for work I may be able to give them the job. Please PM if you do.
