Baan veerakit hotel

Any BM stayed lately in these new houses for rent at the Baan Veerakit hotel Nanai road in Patong beach?

These pictures look awesome. Luxurios, spacious, clean, brand new, swimming pool and most important CHEAP houses with seaview, 2 or 3 bedrooms/bahtrooms, kitchen and living room, terrace!

When shared with 1 or 2 friends, around 800 baht per day.

 

Any info on roadnoise, location in comparison with the hotel/guesthouse, pro's and con's, dining in neigbourhood are most welcome.

 

As i am hesitating between this and i current number 1 for next trip Baan Siam guesthouse. Lovely rooms with in-room-jacuzzi for 800 Baht/day in april 2010 a real bargain.
