STUDIO/WITH POOL AROUND LK METRO AREA ALL IN 15000

My mate is arriving on the 12 april for a month .He is looking for a studio around 15000/16000 baht all in with pool if that is possible.Ive found soleil de siam which is around that mark .It can be 5 or 10 minute walk from LK Metro area.

If anybody has any other suggestions that would be great.Yes i know there are many guest houses around LK Metro but really he wants a pool cheers

I think Sutus Court,in Soi Lengkee, just next door to LK Metro, will do a room for about 14,500 including elec.

They have a pool, no WIFI.

But they do have construction going on next door.

Crap hotel and far too noisy.Try the Dianna estates with much better rooms and 2 pools with a gym all for about the same money as the Sutus

Cheers have looked at diana estates ,cheapest room not available which is 14500,so next one up is 19500 without electricity or water.So looking at 21000 baht all in roughly,plus point you get breakfast and clean rooms twice weekly.I wouldnt say its really cheap to be honest,but i suppose with 2 pools you cant complain
