Moving back to Pattaya

Will be back to Pattaya in MAY ..., hunting a good studio for about 10k month on 1year lease.......

Should be minimum 40sqm with kitchen in modern style, any location.., . . ,,

 

Give me some suggestions !

 

To bad the Maxx Central Pattaya was crapy place :/

You could get a house for that. Some of these new houses were for rent 2 bed 2 bath lounge kitchen started at 7,990 per month on the east side of Sukhumvit (the darkside) but not too far Soi Khao Noi 600m from Sukhumvit Road.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Not sure if there are any left but it gives you an idea of what is available.
