Don’t Get Clothes Done At The Pattaya Bay Resort!

After moving hotels yesterday just got my clothing back from the hotel

 

Some of my clothing has had a very hard wash and needs replacing now also clothing looks like it has not been ironed

 

Can anyone recommend a good laundry services.

Yes i stay at the LK Metropole 33/35 M 10, , Pattaya 2nd Rd.if you came out the hotel turn right and about 10 shop front down towards eat forr 99bhat there is a small cleaners there very cheap and do a great job.

When I stayed at PBR last October, I had two full bags of washing done by them.

 

Everything came back spotlessly clean and ironed. Nothing missing as well.

 

Looks like you've just been unlucky.

Thanks guys for the info.

 

The receptionist at the hotel said their getting a lot of complaints lately, nice of her to be truthful.

But you would have thought they would change their outside service, unless the manager is related by family

I have just got back from staying at the PBR and I must have used the laundry service 7 or 8 times during my stay and I never once had a issue.

 

It was always a same day service, with the cloths hung back up ironed when I returned to my room. Like most things in LOS I have found giving big tips to the staff at the BEGINNING of your holiday always ensures a better service.

 

The go’s for the restaurant and pool side service at the PBR - give big tips the first few times you go in and you won’t have any problem for the rest of your trip.

stayed there for 2 months and they lost 2 shirts and a pair of pants---so i guess i'm unlucky too

I've stayed there 6-7 times and have had nothing but good service with the laundry folks......
