I stayed on the executive floor, booked for 2 people. Arranged to meet a karaoke girl here after she got off work when she called me in my room I had to go to the lobby where they pointed to the counter and demanded 1000 BAHT! She was dressed classy and beautiful. They also scanned her id and basically treated her like a street whore who was dressed like a skank. Never again at this hotel and it's ground zero in the soapie district on Ratchada.

Thanks for the info ! Better to stay in Sukhumvit area and go to Ratchada only for soapy massages imho.

Always ask the hotel before you book or check in, if they accept guests.

But the thing here is that you booked for 2 persons, so I dont understand why they have a problem.

The front desk said she didn't register when I checked in. This is, of course, total nonsense. I could have met her at a decent hour in the lobby and noone would have said a word. Because it was 0200 and she was alone the problem. Anyway she was awesome once we got past this ugliness. Swissotel is banned for life.
