Checked it out, I was floored that they seem to have some sort of info on Western astronomical greats like Kepler and Brahe. Seems like at times it can be very difficult to get Thais to admit that anyone or anything that didn't happen in Thailand is even remotely interesting or worth knowing about. My ex-wife's niece could easily identify Sisaket province on a map of Thailand, but could not identify Thailand on a map of the world... I think she picked Brazil.

There are Thaïs that are highly educated and clever. I have had contact with a few guys from Bangkok who are quite clued up on things astronomical. Below is an image one of them took using an adapter that he designed and made. Can anyone identify what is in the image?

 

That said I still wouldn't trust a Thai to put something in orbit. They can't even build a road that doesn't need constant repairs...
