Extending Schengen Tourist Visa

Thai GF in Netherlands on Schengen visa and been here for two weeks. The dates stamped in her passport entitled her to stay for 30 days. Is it possible to get this extended for another 2-4 weeks? I heard you can't get extended beyond the 90 days in a 180 day period but don't know if you can extend it so she can stay a bit longer but within the maximum 90 day rule.

 

Answer is probably no but thought it might be worth checking.

Sorry but I am confused by your reply:

- What do you mean as a client?

- Why would Spain allow you to extend to 180 days when you cannot stay for more than 90 days in a 180 day period?

- Are you implying Spain as a member Schengen country has different RULES than the rest of the Schengen countries?
