long term rentals per month what can you expect to pay monthly or 3 monthly for a 1 bed apartmnt/studio between 3rd and beach central pattaya or Jomtein

You can get a decent room for 6000 a month on many of the sois between Bukhao & 3rd Rd, but you'll be paying extra for water/electric/internet, and may lose your deposit if you stay less than 3/6 months.

Better to stay by the week, electric and water included plus you can move. I got ripped off on a monthly over the electric bill, read the meter when you arrive. Thin Girls !
