Help please guys

 

Have hundreds of numbers stored on my 1 2 call sim card and want to keep a list of them, bought a sim reader from Maplin here as i'm in the uk at the mo and all seemed fine until it asked me for my PIN number, I've no idea as the card is over 4 years old. Now it tells me not to remove the reader or the card as "Data will be lost" so the damn sim is stuck in the reader and i dare not take it out.
