It's located 50 meters from Patong beach in between the Burger King and McDonald's on beach road. The walk to Bangla takes 10-15 minutes.

 

The Swedish owned guest house is guest friendly with no joiner fee and the guest leaves their ID at the 24 hour staffed front desk.

 

The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and modern looking. The the internet speed is decent (www.Speedtest.net says 2.6mb download, 0.84mb upload). They have a small safe in the room, and laundry service is right next door for a reasonable price. The mattress is hard but comfortable. The room is bright with a florescent light in the middle surrounded by 4 spotlight lights around it. The only negative things is you have to go through the tourist area (beach road) to get to Bangla Road but it's not a big deal. I found a shortcut going through an alley way next to Burger King to get to the 2nd road but I only take this when the clothing vendors are open.

 

Right next to the guest house (further into the soi) is a nice Thai restaurant and across from it is a good Mexican restaurant.

 

I would stay here again. I have included pictures of the mini standard room. The size is good enough for two with a desk area for your laptop.

Rooms llok fine too bad there isn't a pool in the neighbourhood! That's why i stay in soi Baanzaan guesthouses like Ferb's guesthouse!
