Just out of interest I was wondering if I can download music files and burn a cd in a internet cafe shop? Mate of mine says YES you can and i say it's a NO No as its a "internet" cafe shop?!?!?!

lots of cafes are unregulated..should be no problem

intalling peer to peer may not be advisable..

downloading from the likes of rapidshare should be fine

I have a Problem..... I just can't decide if its a good problem or a bad problem...
