Bluetooth help

Hi,

 

Need some help with my bluetooth. I can send pictures and videos from my phone (LGu990) to my laptop with no problem. However I cannot send music or photos from laptop to my phone.

 

Comes up with "connecting with remote device failed"

 

Device visibility on phone is on.

 

Any help with this would be great. Thank you.

Thank you for your help. Had a look at those sites but still cannot get files etc. from laptop to phone.

 

Will keep trying though.

Everything working now. Staying at a hotel now and both devices are now friends and talking merrily to each other.

 

Previously was trying to pair devices at my home and would not work. When I get home wonder if this will still be the case or will the friendship continue
