Hi Addicts,

 

We are offering luxury pool villas in Pattaya at reasonable price. Villas are available for short term rental. Let me make it clear, we do not charge security deposit and all of our houses comes with free use of Car (Toyota Hilux pickup). Most of our houses are located about 900m from Jomtien beach.

Nice houses and reasonable prices , will sure consider this on my next trip in april 2010. but difficult to locate exactly as your map isn't specific for each house. Neither could i find on which pointed site each house was situated on the map!

There are no prices per month, as I mention in the topic title - only short term. Daily rates vary between 4900 baht to 9400 baht.

 

Yes, the Toyota Hilux is included in the price, daily maid service, clean bed sheets and towels and no bills for water and electricity.
