Thai National travel to Cambodia

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Bit of a situation- thinking of heading into Cambodia for a few days this time around.

My GF has ID card and Passport, Thai.

But we are going to be applying for Visa when in Bangkok for her to come Australia, so pretty sure they will keep the Passport- can anyone confirm that?

Also is it true that can cross boarder into Cambodia with just Thai ID card?

Thanks.MDS.

Also, as pointed out earlier, why risk going without passport, if GF has one?
