do they exist in Patty? Now that 7/11 has been mentioned, can you tell me if there is Longs or wallgreens or walmart?

No, but Morrisons is just off Pattaya Klang, and there is a small Co-op on Soi Bakhao, just behind Sainsburys. Bargain Booze is adjacent to Asda on Third Road (which is up a bit from M & S) and Aldi is a smidgeon from Dolphin R'about. We do lack a Gregg's mind , but word has it.......

There is no Walmart, but you will feel right at home. Tesco, Lotus, and BigC are just like the big box stores back home (wally world, target, vons, etc), and can be found in every Thai city of reasonable size. A lot of products will be different, you won't be able to find some things, but you will be surprised at how much of the stuff is exactly the same as you buy at home, except for the Thai writing on the container.
