Irish pub Dubai?

do anyone know if irish pub in dubai airport still open and if you can still smoke there , i hear somewhere that it close

I'm wondering that too, I contacted Emirates airlines and they told me there are smoking facilitiesin Dubai, but only in the restaurants. More info on Emirates.com they said, but I can't find any. Did someone recently stop-over in Dubai? It would relief me from a lot of stress.

i've only went through dubai once (in april) and the irish bar was ok to smoke in.

 

in fact apart from the irish bar, i only saw 1 other smoke room and that was a only a couple of hundred of yards from the bar.
