UK visa for Filipina girlfriend

i have been living here together with my filipina girlfriend on 60 day tourist visas for 2 years. i can prove relationship with visa stamps medical insurance registered at my house here, photos, etc. i would like to take her to uk for holiday and meet my family. she does not own property here or in the philipines, she does not work, she has a small bank account here, i will be paying for everything and we will be staying in a property i own in uk. my question is can i apply for a visa here or will i have to go to manila.

If she is legally living in Thailand i presume you refer to that being the case you should be able to apply at UK/Vac.
