house rental wanted - 12 month min lease

At least 2 bedrooms

Must have hot water

Must have phone line

 

Not looking for anything fancy at all. Will be happy in a large cardboard box, as long as its 2 bedroom

 

If the place is affordable, no neighbor trouble, good maintenance upkeep, then like back home, this may extend a few years...

 

My salary is based on thai standards, so it cannot be expensive.
