Just nosying on Ebay and found this bar for sale (currently 3 days left and no bids at 15k GBP), in a different life I might have been interested ;) Anybody recognise the bar and where it is?

I've had a look on Google and all I could find was a reference to Salt Bar (its in the picture on the Ebay page) next to Roneavous resatuart on Soi VC opp Mabell hotel.

 

Isn't 15,000 quid a little pricey ?

The bar is for sale for 1m baht on Thaibay (around 15,000).

 

1m COULD be a bargain and could be well overpriced for an indoor bar with accommodation - it depends on a LOT of things

 

Location, location, location

Key money amount and when its due

Monthly rent

Current profits

 

etc etc etc

 

The only thing I DO know is that this bar has been for sale at that price for a long time - no takers so far whcih probablky says something. I asked to see the books sometime ago, got an email back saying they would be in touch and then never heard from them again.

Probably but you never know. If he has high occupancy levels that will be bringing in (say) 60k a month which would cover rent etc.

 

Bar profits - who knows??
