Hi Guys,

Currently staying at this new place second rd soi1 near bigC.

Great value at the moment 1/2 price. Huge corner room with full size bathroom, 1st class mini-suit, massive bed, has everything except balcony but has large windows that open out, views in 2 directions.

Great pool on roof, bart bus at door easy walk to Soi6.

Room rate 1650b, cheaper ones available.

Just left Sandy Spring deluxe seaview, nice, but no comparison in rooms.

Best room in patts for the price by far (I have looked arround at the most fav ones), if you don't mind being away from Walking Street.

The new Summer Spring is at the beach end of the soi, similar price but room no way as good but it's a nice place too.

I will be there at the beginning of november. Did my own searching of info as i saw the hotel in april 2009 for the first! They quoted me 1650 Thb and 2150 Thb for High Season excluding breakfast. It's not grabbing my attention at this price, although I like the location.
