Transport From U-Tapao (Pattaya) Airport To Pattaya

Does anyone know how much it is to get from U-Tapao Airport to Pattaya?

 

This will presumably be by taxi as I doubt any of the coach companies that go to Bangkok Airport go to U-tapao.

Its been a while since i used U-Tapao, but, if memory serves me right there were 12 seater minibuses waiting as well as taxis

Cant remember the prices now though, but cheaper than the taxis

me and two mates went from Pattaya to u-taopo airport for 800 baht in private car, didnt try to bargin down though as beetween 3 people it is ok for us.

 

Not sure how cheap u can get it though would also be interested to here?

Many thanks for the replies. I'm going to be on my own though and 800 Baht is a bit rich for me. I may decide to fly back to Bangkok Airport and get the coach from from the airport. It will be slower I imagine but a lot more affordable!

The standard aircon bus is 40 baht but you have to make your way up to Sukhumvit Road. Easier to just get a taxi and like any airport there are plenty of those.

 

I have never used it but it would be about 300 baht if you got the meter on and so maybe 500 if negotiating.

 

Takes about 45 minutes to central Pattaya from U-Tapao
