Just got an e-mail from CP. If you purchase ticket through their website, $734 plus tax from Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, to BKK or Phuket.

 

Ticket must be purchased by May 30, 2007 and is good for travel from Sept. 1 until Nov. 30, 2007. Stay cannot be longer than 30days.

I got the same email and bought my ticket, leaving

NYC $867 total cost.
