Lawn Tennis clubs in pattaya

i like to keep fit when on holiday, one of my favourite pastimes is lawn tennis, does anybody know where there is a lawn tennis club in pattaya ? please no indoor, clay or concrete, real tennis courts only please.

If I recall correctly, the Pattaya Marriott has a synthetic grass court. I am not aware of any real grass court in Pattaya. They're expensive to maintain.
