Turn HTML to Auto-Linebreak at the bottom of the reply area and you're good to go.

With their respective brackets I took them out to show you what the embedded code looks like. They are already there when you copy/paste it.

I don't think they can be uploaded directly to the forum. You will need to host them elsewhere. Open an account on youtube or another video hosting site. Upload the video, then follow Jameson's instructions.
