Hello Lads

 

I,m doing a favour for a friend of mine ( a Irish Lady) , She want to rent out her condo in long term, maybe willing to let it at short term at 3 month max.... It is on ninth floor condo 40 sq m with swimming pool outside plus fitness centre at first floor.. Those pictures are similar to the I have, very similar, she said she want to rent that out for 10,000 bahts a month, if interested, will give you a estate agents nbr to have a look around... I this based between Pattaya and Jomtein, a very quiet place with 24hr security regarded by estate agency as a Beverly Hills of Pattaya, Kleing Talay, Here are those photos to see....

Is that Soi 6, Pratumnak Rd?

Looks good value especially if she will do that price for 3 mths.

Same, same but very different

 

This is IMHO, the best area to live in Pattaya. 5 minutes to WS on bike. Area is very quiet, even during high season.

 

The condo mentioned will be rented very quickly at that price.
