Baboona Beachfont Living

Did anybody stay in the hotel 'Baboona Beachfront Living' on Beach Rd ?

The website looks good ( http://www.baboonabeach.com/ ) and from previous visits to Pattaya I remember the location is excellent.

 

Off course a very important question : is there a joiner fee ? (for 1 guest or only for more guestes)

If you do a search on here using baboona as your keyword i bet rthere will be plenty of reviews on the place.

In fact i know i have read them over the past few weeks/months

i stayed in 2004 and 2005 there was no charge for taking a lady back,though the night staff did charge me 60bt for one condom haha,,,very good hotel

This looks really nice...might stay a couple of nights in November...

 

Can anyone tell me if these prices includes breakfast? and is it still girl friendly?

I stayed there may 8th-26th. Deluxe sea view room 503. I had booked in march for 2000 baht per night. Breakfast was included and no joiner fee. Prices should be cheaper now. I would recommend the hotel. I was unsure at first, but the longer i stayed, the more i liked it. However, I am planning a trip now for july and august, 30 -45 days. I will probably go with a hotel / condo that has a pool. Good luck

Yeah thats what i noticed bulldog..it dosn't have a pool...

 

Why did they build such a nice hotel with fantastic view's & not build a pool on the roof??? You've gotta wonder sometimes.

Me too have read a good review about this hotel during my previous trip hotel search. But I have decided another hotel because this was full at that time.
