I am looking to rent a condo in the central Pattaya area, fully furnished, seperate bedroom and living room, kitchen or kitchen facilities. Prefer higher floor. Must be easy access to night life etc. Want ability to get internet connection from the condo. Long term rental, 1 year renewable. Somewhere like Center Condo is suitable.

Start 1st August 2009.

Price negotiable around 13,000-17,000 baht pm.
