I know it's only 500 baht, but if you google the place, every agent that advertises this place and their own webiste advertises it as 11,500 per month, but yet Addicts are to pay 12K ?

Unfortunately, the cheapest room is rented (11.5K bth). We have only the other floor that different in price. That's only 500 bth, 12K. You can come to see the real room and please mention the ads that you know us. You may get special one. The room that you live is up too your life style. Whatever, you have the right to compare all choices in your hand. Come and choose by yourselves.
