We have been discussing that the brokers never lower their prices, but private sellers do.

 

Any body knows any large data-base for condo's in Pattaya for sale by private sellers that i can access from the net??

i thought that a while ago somewhere somebody mentioned that Kasikorn Bank have a list from repossessed condos. It is worth to give it a try and ask a manager from a branche..;

secondly try the private adverts on newspapers from Pattaya on INTERNET , i saw their already and also on this and other pattaya forums

Pattaya mail classifieds is online and probably has a few, baht and sold must have some.
