having read the document I have a couple of questions

 

Franchises are normally done for well know brands, with the value being in the brand and the hand holding of the management whilst you set up

 

regarding the brand, is it protected currently or could anyone copy it

 

when you franchise you normally have the back up of the marketing of the brand holder, what marketing would you be doing

 

yes a 7/11 costs 3m bt but that does include fixtures and fittings for the store and POS equipment and a fully stocked store. Plus the back up of an international company that is no1 in Thailand

 

Whilst I would not in any way question your integrity, what happens if you have to go back "home" due to any number of reasons? is a portion of the franchise fee held in escrow if non performance was levied at you

 

I know most people think you just open the 7/11 and they walk down the street and hey presto you have customers which in many ways is true. However there is a strong brand alliance and local and national marketing campaigns done on a weekly basis to keep that brand alliance.

 

 

What access to special offers do you have, 2 for 1items , meal deals etc
