Cosmetic Dentistry in Pattaya?

I have now finally found a dental clinic in BKK "Bangkok International Dental Center" (BIDC) whilst googling on Internet, that are supposed  to be able to do the composite bonding on chipped and broken teeth! 😁

They seems to have 3 locations in BKK : one at Ratchadapisek Rd, and at Siam Paragon and EmQuartier Shopping Malls, the two last ones are on Sukhumvit Rd so they are the most convenient locations.

https://bangkokdentalcenter.com

Does anyone have personal experience with any of these places and have anyone done the composite bonding?

Did you have to make a booking in advance before your trip or could you just walk in and hope for the best?

I will have 1 week in Bangkok at the beginning of my trip next year probably in February.

Thanks in advance! 🙂

Have not followed this thread for sometime, however think I did note you were getting porcelain veneer recs.  I had one front tooth that was bit discolored and got a veneer down in South Africa years ago.  Maybe it was dentist issue, but think it lasted less than 2yrs before it fell out.  Was a long ways away from ZA at that time so just went with composite filling which they really have been able to match colors on quite nicely and think I have only had that redone a couple times over past 15 yrs.   I have been told since that veneers not noted for longevity - particularly if you grind/use your teeth a bit more harshly.

Back in 2012 I had 7 molars fitted with zirconia crowns in Pattaya, they were said to be the best and longest lasting material but also the most expensive, so I thought they would last for the rest of my life! 😏

... but about 2 years later at the same time the warranty had just passed, they started to crumble and break apart! 🫢

That´s another reason why I don´t want to have crowns or veneers again!

As you say with composite bondings if teeth chipped or break, they can easily be repaired and at a low cost!

I had some minor composite bonding done to my front teeth, that had a scratched surface, at the same time in 2012, and it is still holding on after all these years! Just now starting to show some slight discoloration if you look closely. I don´t smoke or drink coffee as well that also help to keep the composite bonding looking good and last longer.

My problem now is that the enamel on my front teeth, because of my old age, is getting thinner with edges starting to chip off in small pieces now and then, making the teeth look rugged, so I want to have a new surface of composite bonding like veneers but made by hand!

For almost 20 years I have been a patient at Bangkok Smile Dental Clinic. Suggest you check the web site, which includes cost estimates for various procedures.

You can email to request an estimate for the work you need.

Do this well in advance so they can book you in with a dentist experienced in your needs.

Check out Adenzad Dental in Pattaya. My American friend suggested him to me, and I had fantastic results with a crown fitted years ago. Trained

I'd look at places like Bangkok Hospital Dental Center or Sea Smile in Pattaya; both have solid cosmetic teams who handle veneers and bonding pretty smoothly. I had some implant work done before and got good results using https://jeffreygrossdds.com/services/implant-dentistry-lake-county-ohio/, so having that kind of quality in mind helped me judge clinics. Veneer consults in Thailand are usually quick and straight to the point.
