I've been offered a cheap room here (subletting) for my upcoming trip in low season, It's a nice room & the location is ideal, so I'm just looking for any opinions from guys currently staying here.

I've been told the old bar complex next door is being converted into a pool hall so wondering if noise & dust is really bad? (My room is that side)

The room I'll be staying in is decent but Is the building well managed?  ie swimming pool clean? If the room has an issue (AC, plumbing ect) is it dealt with in a reasonable time frame? 

Also wondering about cleaning, I'll mostly do it myself but is there a cleaner onsite I can hire when needed? The current tenant offered me a good deal so i want to keep & leave the room nice for them.

Any info greatly appreciated.
