After Airbnb canceled my condo booking at The Base from November to January, I booked the Arcadia Millennium Tower. In hindsight, I'm glad because The Base is older and there are a lot of negative reviews. AMT, on the other hand, is only 1 year old and the photos look promising. The location isn't too bad either: 300m to South Pattaya Road, where Baht buses run, or 700m to Buakhao. I actually have a good feeling.
Has anyone stayed there before? Or can someone tell me what I should be prepared for with my AMT booking ? By the way, the price for AMT was cheaper than The Base.

Never been in there, but there are some really bad google reviews, if that matters.

Yes, a lot of bad reviews, mostly about the noisy bars and more clubs/bars opening around that place
