Choice of Condo Help PLEASE!

Hi All, I've asked this before but never really got my head round the answers.  I hope you don't mind, but I'll ask again with more direct questions, plus some news ones!

Has anyone here stayed at VT6, and then found somehwere simular that they also liked?

My normal room in VT6 is taken when I next visit, and I'm using this as an excuse to stay somewhere else for a change.  This is my list of wants:

• Central Pattaya location
• With a balcony that is not that overlooked (i.e. not another balcony opposite 8ft away)
• No security/reception, or laid back security like VT6.
• One that you can get out of without a two mile walk - which The Base felt like to me (only stayed there once, but may stay again if people thinks it could fit? - Maybe different buidiing?)

I'm not that interested in security as I'm not a big user of TF etc, and normally only see girls I already know and who havn't previoulsy murdered me.  I like VT6 as they just leave their ID at security and come straight to the room, or bypass them completely.

I almost live in hotels with my job, so I really want a Condo when on Holiday, but will consider a hotel if you think of ones that fit the above.

I used to live in Urban Condo a few years back and spending a month there in May at an Airbnb.  Love this condo building, not far from everything you need, multiple pools, well maintained, no security issues.  
 

I hated the Base when I stayed there previously.
