While I am all for knowing and following the rules of a country I'm visiting, this part of the article reminds me of a science fiction movie where a time traveler makes the slightest change to the past and changes the time line! This could be the reason the crew of the Enterprise had to go back in time and bring a whale to the future in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home!
