Highest specs available in Pattaya's Gaming Cafés

What is the name and location of the best gaming café in Pattaya? What are the best specs?

When I was in Kaoshiung City, Taiwan couple months ago, I visited this good gaming café.

The best computers specs was as follow:

GPU:
nVidia GeForce RTX4070Ti

CPU:
AMD Ryzen 5800X3D

RAM:
32GB of DDR

 

Side note: I was able to boot on my own Windows 10 system installed on my external USB SSD and run my own softwares and video games that I had already installed. Did the same thing in Davao City, Philippines too:

I intend to do that here too. Usually the basic staff has no clue this can be done and will say no, but it's actually doable in all the internet and gaming cafés I tried so far. I often need to track the time myself though as it won't be tracked in their system dependig how they track it.
