Any Furniture for hire places that service Pattaya/Jomtien ?

I'm hoping to secure a long term condo rental in Pattaya or Jomtien in the next couple of months and I'd like to rent some decent furniture to improve the apartment

For example a good quality sofa, a desk, and a comfortable high back chair. 

I'd prefer to rent furniture rather than buy (could probably buy a desk and chair obv, but don't want the hassle of selling it, storing it or transporting it when I move to a different condo later).

I did a search online but couldn't find any furniture hire places (there was one - called Pacific Orientation, but its now closed - website is down and FB page been inactive last few years).

Does anyone know any or have any recommendations ?

The problem with that plan is that most of the rentals here come furnished, so what do you do with the existing furniture when you bring in new stuff? The condo owners don't usually have any room to store it.

Yeah, def a challenge with the sofa.

Though the owner might be more motivated to find storage space if i tell them its a deal breaker for me.
