It's funny how the title is all about marijuana, but deep within the story it states:

"According to the police report, the 17-year-old boy held a long record of committing physical assaults on his friend, grandmother, and mother."

Sounds to me that the kid has mental problems that have nothing to do with the evil weed.

Of all the intoxicants legally or illegally available in Thailand, I’d have thought that marijuana would be one of the least likely to cause a person to become violent?

Eat a whole loaf of bead or a whole box of cereal while giggling half-comatose at Countdown or a nature documentary, maybe, but punch someone’s lights out? Naw.
