E-Visa payment failed

Hello all,

I obtained my LTR visa endorsement from BOI and I selected to pick up my visa at the Royal Thai Consulate in Chicago. I contacted the Royal Thai Consulate in Chicago and they told me to fill out an E-Visa in order to obtain the LTR visa. I filled out the E-Visa application without any issues however when I try to pay through WorldPay (via Kasakorn Bank) with my Master Card debit card, I keep getting denied. My bank has given me clearance to use my debit card to pay Kasakorn Bank and I have more than enough money to pay for the visa. My bank can only see that there was a general decline for the transaction. Has anyone ever experienced this and how did you manage to get your payment through?

Update 3/13/2024: I tried again today and the payment went through. There must have been a bug in the system yesterday.
