Aside from mainstream outlets such as Swensons. Are there any good places in Patts/Jomtien that do good dessert style pancakes? Best place I have tried so far in LOS is pancake house in BKK.

La Baguette French Bakery Cafe on Thappraya Road

and

Their second location is past Terminal 21 past the roundabout about 150 meters on the left.

Not as many options as the Bangkok locations you mentioned but a few different options.
