The only place i cn think of is 5 star J that might have some options its a vegan restaurant 

Sunrise tacos and robin hood as a glutenfree meny, Zip does glutenfree pizza.

 

Not too many options for ceoliacs i discovered, i basically rotated between those three and had fries or fruit if I felt peckish during the day.

This post triggered me to do a quick google search just to see what came up. I think I have actually found something useful. Trip advisor had a hit for top 12 gluten free friendly restaurants in Pattaya.  Once I clicked on it, it actually continues on to list 66 restaurants in Pattaya that highlight their gluten free options.

I wouldnt really trust that, checking a few of those restaurants there are no reviews mentioning gluten free nor any gluten free menys, probably just a checkbox they tick to be more avaliable.

 

Find me glutenfree is a pretty good app which is user curated, has a couple of spots around pattaya

Instead of looking for gluten-free restaurants I would google gluten-free Thai dishes. For example Som Tum. Can't help you with the beer.

Thai food is often, by nature, GF.
I plan to stick to curries and dishes with NO soy sauce/ oyster sauce and COMMUNICATE via translators!

Only one i know is robin hood for sure ,

Like you i have to eat plain rice /eggs or plain chicken 

I found a thai place opposite lk president ( corner of pothole ) that via translate did me some thai food without soy and fish/ oyster sauce 

Good to know about that spot opposite LK President, thanks for sharing. Using Google Translate to specifically ask for 'no soy sauce, no oyster sauce, and no fish sauce' seems like the safest bet for local Thai food.

I'm staying around the LK area this October, so I'll keep that corner restaurant in mind. It beats eating plain rice and eggs every day for sure!
